Visit to Hughden Manor

On Sunday mummy and papa took me to a 1940's day at a big house in the country.


We went in my new car. Do you like it?


I learnt how to march on the parade ground.


Then I watched a show called Punch & Hitler. Hitler got all wrapped up in a string of sausages.


It was a really nice day and we got to look around the house too.

Microscope

At the weekend I did some experiments using my microscope. I looked at lots of different types of leaves.

My new boat

Papa bought me a new boat for my bath.

My trip to the V&A

My mummy and papa took me to the V&A in London. I saw lots of things people had borrowed from all over the world.


I liked this little boat.


And this arch, isn't it big?


But most of all I liked the fountain in the middle.


It was a bit wet, but I still ran around it loads of times.
Then we had to drive home in Mummy's car.


Sorry wrong picture, I get confused sometimes.

My sunflower

I grew a sunflower this year, but it came out really small. Papa said that's because it was cold this summer.

BA Open Day

On Saturday Mummy and Papa took me to the British Airways open day. I could walk all around the big aircraft.


Look here I am trying an ejector seat.


Flying a Chinock helicopter


and getting ready to fly concord.


It was really difficult though, so here's me at the controls of an A319 Airbus. Dropped a peanut!


After that I went around a huge A380 Airbus that wasn't finished.





The engine was a bit big!


I had to be careful not to be hit by the wheels.


Then I helped a robot that couldn't find anyone to give sweets to.


It was a really good day.

Model Village

Papa took me to the Bekscott model village today. It was great fun with lots and lots of trains.








There was also a train, and I had a second ride on it on my own.





Them I found some fish that were very friendly.


But I didn't like the smoke from the burning cottage.


It was a great day though.
