My Traxxas Slash 4x4 and Traxxas Slash

Hi All
I was firstly looking for a waterproof car on the internet and I saw a nitro-powered RC car and I thought that I would like it. Next I looked on different sites and I found a brand called Traxxas and I saw pretty much all their cars and I saw their XO1 which I really loved. But it is not waterproof. I saw a second hand Traxxas but it had to be imported into the UK. It all looked quite cumbersome so I kept looking in the country.
Then I found the Traxxas Slash 4x4 and I got one from Masi. I also got a Traxxas Slash 2 wheel drive from mummy and papa for my birthday two days ago.
Earlier on today, I went with my papa to the park and we took them for a bashing.
Papa had to run back for more batteries because the 4x4 was programmed for lipo batteries only. I undid two parts on it with a big jump and papa has to screw them back again. I got it muddy, wet and covered in leaves. Here are some photos of the car dirty.
I think I am very happy. What do you think?
Oh, by the way, here are my brother and sister all the way away in Australia. They are their own Christmas presents!!!
Here is my brother with his car. Like me, he is a big car fan. Have you noticed his top yet?
And here is my lovely sister looking as pretty as a peach.
Happy days for all of you viewers for the whole year! If you have read this article then please comment.

My new Traxxas RC car

I got a Traxxas RC car for my birthday. Here's me playing with it in the park.

It goes really fast, up to 60mph on the concrete. I'm going to modify it to make it even faster!

Look its me!

It's been a long time since I put up anything in my blog, so I thought I'd better put up this picture of me, painted by me, incase people forgot what I looked like.

Do you like it?

Harvest Festival

Yesterday we had Harvest Festival at school.
We sang many songs and presented poems.
And here I am again, singing away. My teacher said I have a nice singing voice.
Here are the gifts that the school children put together for a local charity.
What have you done for the harvest season?

Halloween Party

Today, there was a Halloween party at my school. I dressed up for it.
I dressed up as a mummy.
I got to sit on the throne in the scary room. Can you spot what I made in the junk modelling workshop?
I did apple bobbing and dug for sweets in a mound of flour. I also made a snow globe and also dressed up a pumpkin biscuit. Sadly I ate it before I could take a photo. However, see who I met in the school grounds.
I had a lovely time.

Dussehra 2013

Yesterday was Dussehra. We also celebrated it. I made this Ravan all by myself though Papa did try to help.
At sunset, we set fire to Ravan.
Here I am with the Ravan burning. We enjoyed some jalebis afterwards.

Mummy's cousin visits

Mummy's cousin stayed at our house for a few days this week.
We took her to Windsor and did lots of things. Here we are on the river in a boat we hired.
She was a bit nervous because I was driving.
We also did lots of walks around the village.
I was very sad when she had to leave on Tuesday.

My first month at Herries

I have been at Herries for about a month now. In this one month, I have had lots of fun. And you might also want to see what I have been up to.
Once I got enough house points, this is what I got given.
But most of all, I am proud of this award which is given by the Head Teacher to only one child in the whole school.
I am very happy and my mummy and papa are very proud.

Finding the school

Today it was really difficult to find my way to the school.
Fortunately I have a good memory of the way to get there!

Kop Hill Climb

Today I went to the Kop Hill Climb with Papa. It was huge.
I took my camera so that I could take lots of pictures. Here's one I took of Papa.
He said he had a car like this once. I liked looking at lots of cars.
Like this Ferrari 430 and this Alfa.
Then we went up to the track to watch the racing.
Here's some of the photos I took.
We had loads of fun and Papa got really tired walking around. Fortunately there was a beer tent so he could keep going as I wanted to take loads of photos.
I can't wait for next years race.

Sending Ganesh home

After school yesterday I went to the river to say goodbye to Ganesh. While I was there I saw some very hungry ducks so I fed them some bread.
They were so hungry they started to ask me for food.
Next time I go to the river I'll need to take more food.

My walk to school

FMy new school is close enough for me to walk most mornings. Here's my walk.
First I walk along lower road to Cookham Bottom.
Then I walk over the old filled-in pond at Cookham Bottom.
Finally along this little lane to reach Jobs Lane, which is a small steep path that leads to the school.

I like the walk, I get to see lots of interesting things.
